After a cupping session, it’s important to follow a few guidelines:

• Always stay hydrated: Drink plenty of water after your session. Hydration helps flush out toxins and can enhance the benefits of cupping.

• Take it easy: Avoid strenuous exercise immediately after. Instead, opt for things like light walking, yoga, and stretching.

• Cover treated areas: Cupping often leaves marks and it is important to protect these areas from things like sun, pollution, and dirt to prevent irritation.

• Avoid showering for 4-6 hrs after: your skin may be sensitive following a treatment and it is best to avoid submerging it in water.

We know that life happens and schedules can change, but in fairness to our practitioners and patients, we have established the following Cancellation and Lateness Policy. Thank you for your understanding.

24-hour notice is required for cancellations or reschedules.

Cancellations under 24 hours incur the full fee. This can be applied as a credit only if another appointment is booked within the same week; otherwise, the fee is non-refundable.

No-shows will be charged the full session rate and cannot be applied as a credit to future appointments.

Currently, Aeris Acupuncture is accepting all major credit cards. For in-person transactions, we kindly request exact cash payments. Our team is unable to provide change.

We do not process insurance at this time. However, we are able to provide patients with a superbill. A superbill is a detailed invoice of the services you've received. This document is necessary for reimbursement when a provider is out of network. We are happy to provide any information to you to facilitate this process.
